I put ice cold water in the pillow and use it under my shoulders and it releases the tension. Also good if you get too hot in bed and can't get comfortable. It's very soothing.

It's good for headaches and for keeping cool generally. I'm not keen on the PVC so I put a cotton pillow case over the top and find this much better. Good company to deal with and they always have interesting stuff on their website. I usually wait until it's on special offer, which the pillow was. Happy to recommend.

Nice product, reasonable price and fast delivery. I use it on the back of my head and also on my knees, when I'm sat watching telly. I've got arthritis and it takes the inflammation down on my joints. I put freezing cold water from the fridge in the pillow and I can bend the pillow exactly as I need it. I would recommend it.

I bought the water pillow as I get a lot of tension headaches and I find it takes the edge off them and helps me relax. I previousy used ice cubes wrapped in a tea towel but this is far less messy! I would recommend it.

I bought this pillow last summer to use behind my neck and it really cooled me down. I'm still using it in the winter as I'm a woman of a certain age and those hot flushes are no fun. If I use it on the bed, I put a thin pillow case over it and a few drops of lavender and it sends me to sleep.
