This works well for my posture and my husband has now started using it, after originally mocking me. Watch out for two people walking down the street, looking like they're balancing books on their heads! We would both recommend it.

This took a bit of getting used to, but once I'd re-adjusted it at my knees, it was comfortable and I got used to it. I sit at my desk, working from home, up to 8 hours a day and noticed a difference after a few days. My back was not as stiff, nor was my neck. Even if you have good posture, after a while, it goes, when sitting for a long time. I would recommend it.
